Director, HR & Communications
Mrs. Leon joined ROMTech in 2017 and serves as the Director of HR & Communications. With progressive leadership experience, she spearheads initiatives in human resources strategies, policies, practices and IT planning, direction, and activities.
Prior to joining ROMTech, Mrs. Leon held several consultant and business partner roles of increasing scope and complexity with startups in different sectors. She has focused her career on scaling teams, streamlining processes, and implementing solution-driven programs.
Mrs. Leon holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Kean University and a Master of Business Administration from Florida International University.
